Position description:
We are looking for the professional with the strong development background and experience (in development and QA) which will be able to handle and guide automation process on high level configurable and huge financial system. With ability to guide an automation team within 5+ members in technical moments and advice a best solutions from technical perspective for solving complicated tasks in automation.

Responsibilities:
• Build and own a fast, reliable and comprehensive automation test infrastructure
• Develop tools, scripts, frameworks and environments for test and data management
• Design, develop and maintain tests that will guarantee the product's functional correctness, performance, scale and security
• Analyze defect patterns in major functional areas, troubleshoot, determine root causes and drive test initiatives to resolve and safeguard against the issues
• Collaborate with developers to model customer behavior, improve test coverage, identify and troubleshoot product issues and determine their root causes
• Design and develop test scripts, procedures and generate test reports
• Participates in requirements reviews, design reviews, and related activities in evelopment process
• Proven working experience in software development (2+ years of experience in relevant position)
• Proven working experience in software quality assurance (2+ years of experience in relevant position)
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing (2+ years of experience in relevant position)
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (2+ years of experience in relevant position)
• Detail understanding of Continuous integration systems
• Strong Object Oriented design and understanding
• Strong C# and/or Java coding skills (2+ years of experience in relevant position)
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Experience in BDD, TDD methodology (1+ years of experience in relevant position)
• Self-motivated, work well in a team as well as independently
• Web development experience, strong familiarity with browser compatibility issues and strategies for browser testing across multiple operating systems and platforms (including mobile) is a plus
• Experience in automation testing of highly customizable products is a big plus
• Experience with at least one of the Unit testing frameworks (NUnit and/or JUnit or similar)
• Good understanding of REST principles
