Intego Group at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts (WDPRO) is looking to employ a full-time Senior Web Developer. Please send your CV to job@intego-group.com.
The Senior Web Developer will be at the core of our web development team. The candidate should excel in all components of the web development skill set including: standards-based HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, PHP, integration with our Content Management System, slicing layered Photoshop files, site maintenance and troubleshooting. The Senior Web Developer should be able to lead a team of Web Developers on a project or act as the sole project developer.
SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED
• 5 + years of web development, including expertise in HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript and at least one of the following - PHP or a similar object-oriented server-side scripting language
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate technical issues to a diverse non-technical audience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• 2 + years experience leading teams and projects
• Experience writing technical specifications and driving them through development
QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION
• Expert knowledge of standards-based HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Expert knowledge of PHP
• Expert in at least one PHP framework, preferably Zend Framework
• Experience in other object-oriented server-side scripting languages a plus (Ruby/JSP/Tea)
• Proven ability to work with and provide leadership to all members of a diverse project team
• Content Management System Architecture
• Experience drafting requirements and functional specifications
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and technical teams, Agile/SCRUM experience a plus
• Extensive structured programming experience
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
• Experience with leading geographically separated projects and teams a plus
