Написал сам) точнее кое что взял с другого скрипта на другом языке. Входные данные обязательно децимал!) почему так? нужно было для моих целей. вообщем может кому пригодиться )

И комбинированная вресия, тоесть в в ф-ию summ , нужно ввести значение в виле децимл и строковое значение 'en', что бы выводилось на английском, в противном случае будет на русском!:
