Ошибка компиляции вектора

Читаю книгу «Страуструп Б. — Программирование. Принципы и практика с использованием C++ (2е издание) — 2016″. В четвертой главе описывают Векторы. Взял код-пример из книги, хотел протестировать.

Версия GCC 7.2.0, такие же проблемы были в версии 4.9. Что я делаю не правильно?
