VS 2013 "Error while trying to run project" при запуске проекта16.06.2015, 22:09. Показов 2697. Ответов 2

Error while trying to run project: Unable to start program ‘C: \ Users\User\Documents\Visual Studio 2013\Projects\WindowsApplication1\bin\Debug\ WindowsApplication1.exe’. Failed to load localizable resource from vsdebugeng.impl.resources.dll. If this problem persists, please repair your Visual Studio installation via ‘Add or Remove Programs’ in Control Panel. Пробовал переустанавливать Visual Studio, но это не помогло. Помогите пожалуйста, как решить проблему?

В папке переименовал папки 1033 и 1044 местами.
И в реестре HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\VisualStudio\14.0\General UILanguage = 1033 UILanguageLoaded = 1033
