Настройка .htaccess

Есть стандартная настройка Friendly URLs:

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule ^(.*[^/])$ index.php?q=$1 [QSA,L]

Не получается сделать, чтобы если на конце URL нет "/" ,например http://site.ru/folder, был редирект на http://site.ru/folder/

Попробовал вставить это, стили и прочие файлы больше не подключаются, по их ссылка идет редирект на 404
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !(.*)/$
RewriteRule ^(.*[^/])$ $1/ [L,R=301]

Там нужно дополнительное условие RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f, которое исключит редирект существующих файлов.

Пока у меня нет идей почему так происходит. В файле htaccess нет лишних и конфликтующих правил.
