Движение курсора по сетке

Подскажите, пожалуйста, где у меня ошибка? Нужно сделать передвижение курсора по сетке (подобие Pcad), а курсор в моем коде не заходит на поле( выкидывает на верх поля)
может что-то спутал с системами координат мыши и поля picturebox?

Проблема решена, курсор немного дребезжит, но все равно приемлемо
